Once upon a time, I was searching for a new car. Being the geek that I am, I started using the internet to search for information on available vehicles in order to make an informed decision. I of course started with Google, then also checked out Bing and Blekko.

I narrowed my choice down to a few models, then wanted to find out what other people thought of them. So I started searching Twitter and looked up Facebook pages for the manufacturers and models.

This was a lot of work, and that's when it hit me. Most of these sites have APIs. So I built Unscatter.com, pulling togther the API's in order to be able to search all these sites in one spot. The best place to figure out how to search all the sites is to read about slashtags and how Unscatter.com supports them.
